Common areas
All accommodation in Karlatornet has access to a fitness centre, as well as several bookable rooms such as a conference room, cinema and activity room. There is a roof terrace with a garden and areas for relaxation. For social events, there is a bookable room with a kitchen and dining area. A dog grooming room is also available.
Monthly fee
The fee includes heating, car pool membership and the association's services (staffing the entrance, patrols and hotel gym membership).
Domestic electricity and water charges are charged according to actual consumption. The amount is also recognised as an operating cost under Finance.
Services provided
Karlatornet offers a range of services to residents, many of which are provided by the Karlatornet Concierge. For example, they help with handling mail & parcel deliveries and laundry services.
In addition to this, it also includes a car pool membership for smooth mobility.
In addition, Clarion Hotel Karlatornet also has special offers for accommodation in the tower.
Broadband and telephony
Fibre is brought out. The tenant-owner is responsible for their own subscription for broadband/TV/telephony.
Car parking
Karlastaden will house a two-storey garage with dedicated parking facilities for both cars and bicycles. Allocation of parking spaces will be done through a separate queue system administered by the property manager.
Some condominiums may be leased with exclusive rights to a specific garage space, in accordance with the condominium association's statutes and lease agreements.
The monthly fee for a garage space varies between SEK 2,500 and 3,700, depending on the size of the space, its location and any additional features.
Air conditioning
The apartments in Karlatornet have underfloor heating and a central cooling system that together create a comfortable indoor climate. The temperature is regulated automatically but can be adjusted manually via thermostat. The bathrooms have electric comfort underfloor heating with separate control, and ventilation is via a balcony or full-height ventilation hatch.
